Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you receive the products, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

As we are in China, the cost of return back is too high, so for the faulty products (not including those broken by people), you can take photos and send them to the email dglifestore1@gmail.com, after they’re confirmed, we will refund you the payment of that products or re-send the replacements. You don’t need to return the faulty products.
